The objectives of this training are to: Understand a manufacturing drawing; Interpret dimensions without making mistakes; Verify the dimensions of a part or an assembly from a picture; Properly use a measuring tape.

- - Use a metric and imperial tape measure
- - Converting dimensions in the systems (metric and imperial)
- - Add and subtract measures (integers and fractions) in each system
- - Interpreting cartridges
- - Describe an assembly drawing
- - Interpret the different types of lines
- - Interpreting orthogonal projections
- - Recognize the types of cuts and know the views of cuts and identify the direction of observation
- - Identify detailed views
- - Interpreting dimensions and tolerances
- - Verification of the dimensions of a part or an assembly from a drawing
- - Assemblies and synthesis activities
