To acquire electrical knowledge to perform disconnections and connections of electrical equipment.

- • Understand basic electrical concepts, such as the relationship between voltage and power current
- • Measure values at different points in a circuit using measuring instruments
- • Be able to use the Quebec Electrical Code
- • Know the different connection and insulation techniques
- • Be able to make different types of joints
- • Use different insulating materials
- • Be able to lock out by knowing electrical lockout techniques
- NOTE: The final goal is not the Certificate of Qualification (CoQ)
