Heroes in Thirty
This 30- to 45-minute training course teaches you the correct reflexes to adopt in case of choking or cardiac arrest. In addition to learning the steps to follow in an emergency, you’ll practice these three techniques on training mannequins:
- Heimlich Technique (choking)
- Chest Compression
- Using an AED
