This course complies with the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation (OH&S) for forklift operators and includes theoretical and practical training (section 256.3).

- Forklift basics
- The work environment and its impact on forklift driving
- Driving a forklift
- Safety rules and measures
- Practical training, under the supervision of an instructor, on forklift-related activities such as starting, moving and stopping, handling loads, and any other maneuver required to operate a forklift
